Our Team

Juan M. Garcia, a proud local native of the Dallas-Fort Worth area, graduated from Grand Prairie High School and continued his advanced education at the local University of Texas at Arlington wherein he achieved his Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Criminal Justice graduating Cum Laude (Honors).

Raul Ramires, was born and raised in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and attended Mesquite High School his freshman and sophomore years ultimately graduating from Woodrow Wilson High School in Dallas.

Victoria Burgess is a Family Attorney at Garcia & Ramires, PLLC. She was born in Waldorf, Maryland and later moved to Pennsylvania where she graduated from Greencastle-Antrim High School. For her undergraduate education, Victoria attended Sam Houston State University where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Sociology. Victoria then earned her Juris Doctor degree from Elon University School of Law in North Carolina.

Joshua Tilford is a Family Attorney at Garcia & Ramires, PLLC. From an early age, Joshua has been dedicated to helping people navigate some of life’s most challenging circumstances. After being educated and trained as a pastor, Joshua attended law school at Regent University School of Law in order to more holistically serve his local community. 

Brandon Samuels is an Associate Attorney at Garcia & Ramires, PLLC, whose background in military service and the legal field has shaped his disciplined, compassionate approach to representing clients.

Cynthia A. Yepiz is a Texas attorney with a background that blends courtroom advocacy, regulatory compliance, and executive leadership. Before entering private practice, Cynthia served as Chief Compliance Officer for a national financial services company, where she led regulatory strategy, licensing, audits, policy development, and risk management across multiple states.

Micah Fernandes is an Associate Attorney at Garcia & Ramires, PLLC, where he focuses his practice on civil litigation and provides clients with thoughtful, strategic representation through a wide range of legal disputes.

Edwin Guerra is an Associate Attorney at Garcia & Ramires, PLLC. Edwin grew up in the New York, New Jersey metro area, graduated from Memorial High School and went to college at Rutgers University where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. 

Priyanka Pudasaini is a Family Law Attorney at Garcia & Ramires, PLLC. Born in Nepal, Priyanka moved to Fort Worth, Texas, at the age of six and proudly calls North Texas home.

Malik Fowler is a first-generation attorney from Chicago. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Tuskegee University before earning his Juris Doctor from Southern University Law Center.
