Brandon Samuels

Brandon Samuels is an Associate Attorney at Garcia & Ramires, PLLC, whose background in military service and the legal field has shaped his disciplined, compassionate approach to representing clients.

Originally from Los Angeles, Brandon relocated to Dallas in 2018. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Master of Science from Colorado Technical University before serving five years on active duty in the U.S. Army as a Paralegal Specialist, followed by three years in the Army Reserve. During his military service, Brandon worked with the Special Victims Prosecution Unit, assisting in matters involving victims of family violence.

Brandon later spent three years with the U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board’s Dallas Regional Office, where he worked directly with administrative judges in a federal quasi-judicial setting.

Driven to take the next step in his legal career, Brandon attended the University of North Texas at Dallas College of Law and earned his Juris Doctor, becoming a first-generation attorney.
