Cynthia Yepiz

Cynthia A. Yepiz is a Texas attorney with a background that blends courtroom advocacy, regulatory compliance, and executive leadership. Before entering private practice, Cynthia served as Chief Compliance Officer for a national financial services company, where she led regulatory strategy, licensing, audits, policy development, and risk management across multiple states. Ms. Yepiz earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence from UNT Dallas College of Law.

Today, Cynthia focuses her practice on family law, bringing a calm, strategic, and practical approach to each case. Her litigation experience includes contested hearings, negotiations, mediation, trial preparation, and courtroom advocacy.

Outside of the law, Cynthia values family, creativity, and community. She previously served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate with Dallas CASA and enjoys floral design as a creative outlet. She is also fluent in Spanish and is committed to helping clients feel informed, heard, and confidently represented.
