Micah Fernandes is an Associate Attorney at Garcia & Ramires, PLLC, where he focuses his practice on civil litigation and provides clients with thoughtful, strategic representation through a wide range of legal disputes.

A lifelong Texan, Micah earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Texas before attending the University of Texas at Austin School of Law, where he earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence.

Throughout his legal career, Micah has concentrated primarily on civil litigation, developing years of experience representing individuals and businesses in matters involving contracts, property disputes, tort claims, and other complex civil matters. His litigation background has given him a strong understanding of how disputes develop, how to identify the issues that matter most, and how to build an effective strategy tailored to each client’s circumstances.
